Repair Clamp for Pipe Repair

MJR(20A~600A) / MJRL(25A~600A)
 
This is the basic model of pipe repair clamps. A fastener helps you work easily.
MJRL is a long size model and 1.6~1.8 times longer than MJR, the standard size model.
 
- Use MJD, MJT, MJF (Multi Locks Type) for over ND 600A.
- For higher pressure, choose MJDF, MJDFL, etc. (Multi Locks Force Type).

Materials:
- Casing: SUS 304 / 316
- Slide: SUS 304 / 316
- Bolt: SUS 304 /316, SS41C, SCM435
- Bar: SUS 303F / 304 / 316, S45C
- Grip: SUS 301H / 304
- Rubber gasket: EPDM, NBR, Silicone, FKM(Viton)
 
Characteristics:
- Absorbs bending and sag (deflection).
- Absorbs impact, vibration, and noise.
- Slip type (Flexible type) absorbs expansion.
- Grip type prevents detubulation.
- Connects pipes of different material.
- No treatment of pipe ends required.
- Just use a wrench to install.
- Secure against fire due to no use of fire.
- Saves work space because install is done at one side.
- Can install and disassemble several times.
